What should I bring to my initial appointment?
Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time, as there will be paperwork to complete before you see Dr Law.
Please bring the following to your initial appointment:
A valid referral from your GP
Your medicare card
Private health insurance details
Relevant blood results, imaging scans & diagnostic investigations.
Fees & Payments
If surgery is required, you will also receive a quotation outlining expected costs.
Cancellation Policy
Please contact us if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment at any stage.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need a referal to see Dr Jen Law?
Yes, an up-to-date referral from your general practitioner is required for your appointment with Dr Law.
Do I need to pay for my consultation at the time of my appointment?
Payment may be taken to secure your appointment.
Will my private health insurance cover my consultation or my surgery?
At the time of your consultation, you will be given a detailed quotation for your procedure that will include the surgeon’s fee, anaesthetist’s fee, surgical assistant fees and the hospital’s fees.
Please consult your health insurance provider to ensure that you have adequate coverage for your procedure.
Most cosmetic procedures are not covered by Medicare and as a result you are unlikely to receive a rebate or subsidy for these procedures.
